At DDG, I believe being a good event planner means being organized, creative, professional, and a good communicator. My responsibility is to understand each client's needs, bring their ideas to life, and make sure every event is planned and executed successfully. I take pride in making sure our clients feel heard, valued, and confident that their events are in good hands.

Meeting with clients: At DDG, I make it a priority to meet with clients and understand exactly what they are looking for. I listen to their ideas, discuss their expectations, understand their budgets, and find out what type of venue and services they prefer. I believe building a good relationship with clients and communicating clearly helps me deliver an event that matches their vision while keeping costs within their budget.

Logistics and organising: Once I understand the client's requirements, I focus on putting everything together. This includes sourcing and visiting suitable venues, arranging catering, transportation, entertainment, decorations, and communicating with suppliers. At DDG, I understand the importance of planning ahead, staying organised, and paying attention to every detail to ensure everything comes together as planned.

Oversight: My responsibility at DDG is not only to plan an event but also to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. I am prepared to be present, oversee the arrangements, communicate with suppliers, assist guests where necessary, and handle any unexpected challenges. My goal is to ensure that our clients can relax and enjoy their special occasions, knowing that I am there to make sure everything is taken care of.
